Through this agreement shall be established terms and conditions of use of online recruitment services available through www.job.ro, referred to as "Services".
This agreement regulates the use of services by you, regardless of the type of services / information used. Your further usage of our services, is conditioned by accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement. The activity of using the services, preceded by checking casutei "I agree with the terms of use", is considered equivalent to express your consent that you agree and will comply in full with this agreement and any additional document to which it.
Job.ro protects the right to privacy of all site users in compliance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of persons regarding the processing of personal data and free movement of such data. Job.ro team stores the information transmitted by you in the database and in safe conditions. This information will be used only for purposes that have been specified and will not be subject to undeclared site services at the time of transmission.
The data completed by user when creating the account, no matter the type, and the information transmitted after creating the account will be subject of the same conditions of confidentiality. Personal data of candidates may be viewed either on CVs submitted applications for jobs at companies or by buying them by companies from the site. Users may create their candidate account on the site job.ro will be requested to provide information on the correct name, home address, a valid address e-mail address and telephone number. This information is necessary to get the status of candidate for a vacant job. Job.ro will ensure that it will not disclose or use information collected for other purposes than those declared, but it could use in their own interest for the statistics useful for site development.
Given that the activity of the site is online recruitment, information in CVs can only be disclosed in the following situations:
- By the candidate when applying to a job posted on the site;
- When a company has bought from the database right of access to data from the resume.
Access to the user account by user is made through a valid email address and password chosen by the user. Job.ro guarantees the confidentiality of such information. Each user will ensure that the data used for authentication will not enter into possession of third persons without their consent. Registration process

In case you have registered your account and use the job.ro services you will bind, guarantee and accept the following:
- All the information you've provided in the registration process are true, complete and conform with reality. Also, you will be obliged to notify job.ro about changes taking place regarding the information transmitted in the registration process.
- None of the URLs you've communicated job.ro in the registration process may contain pages that include information such as those below:
- Material that is racist, xenophobic, anti-semitic and any other kind of material that encourages hatred of a certain category of humans, professionals, etc.;
- Material that encourages or promotes violence or illegal activities;
- Material that infringes legal regulations in force including but not limited to: copyright, the rights granted to inventors, owners of trademarks and other rights protected by intellectual property matters and industry, the right to privacy, a right conferred by contract.
- Material that promotes, or refers to using software or services capable to send unsolicited emails;
- Material that violates any provisions of national legislation, community or international rules;
- Material nature of threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, or insultator defamatory, obscene, profane or indecent;
- You will carefully preserve access details to your user account (name, email and password), otherwise having to assume, in full, responsibility for any injury caused to you, job.ro or other third parties.
- You will not copy, sell, redistribute, rent, or perform any other act of nature to transfer your user or any other materials offered in connection with your account enabling to a third party without the express consent and previous job.ro.
- You will comply with all legal provisions that could complement the rights and obligations assumed by you when accepting the terms of this agreement.
- To receive a monthly newsletter with recent and useful information for you
- You have the capacity to exercise responsibility and to conclude this agreement and to carry out the obligations assumed by it.
Job.ro can monitor, as a "verification by sample", the contents of web pages or sites that correspond to the URL you provided during the registration process to ensure that you respect the obligations assumed above.
Job.ro can republish weekly, without any prior communication to you, the ads you send for publication. Canceling the republication of ads will be possible if job.ro recevies an express request in this regard from you or by disabling the ads.
Payment (aplicable to companies or users registered as employers)
You agree to pay any Job.ro service taxes who were given on the website at the moment in which you sent the application of Service. Filling and sending the request of Service gives the right to job.ro for collecting from you the amounts corresponding to the amount of services requested.
You understand and agree that if you want to use to stop using a service before the expiration of the term you have no right to claim partial refund of the value of service.
You accept and agree that any delay in payment of the amounts of money to Job.ro will constitute a violation of the provisions of this Agreement. Considering that Job.ro reserves the right to adopt other attitudes permitted by law or contract, you agree and understand to REIMBURSE IN WHOLE TO Job.ro ALL THE COSTS WHICH MAY RESULT IN RELATION TO THE RECOVERY OR EFFORTS TO RECOVER SUCH UNPAID AMMOUNTS.
The cost of job.ro services is rated in job.ro credits, credits which have a certain price. Job.ro can change the value expressed in job.ro credits of a services or the price to be paid for the purchase of the one credit. These changes can occur at any time and will be visible by updating the pages for designed for this purpose.
The duration of this agreement
This agreement begins to produce its effects as soon as job.ro will accept your registration request. The agreement will continue to produce its effects until the time the parties will want to cease. From the moment of activation of service, whichever parties may want can cancel this contract, with the obligation of prior notification of the other parties.
Job.ro reserves the right to denounce this contract without notice and without the fulfillment of other formalities, in the situation in which one of your actions is considered to be a violation of a provision of this agreement. In case you want to cease using the services, you understand and agree with the fact that payments already made are not and will not be returned.
Confidentiality
Job.ro will not divulge any client information, without your direct permission. In this case the statistics provided by job.ro they will be strictly private, accessible only to our administrators.
Copyrights
You understand and agree that all services and graphics, photos, code sequences, used applications, the data collected and any other items incorporated for smooth functioning of services are exclusive property of Job.ro. The rights that you have on the service are strictly limited to the rights expressly guaranteed in this Agreement.
Guarantee declension
Job.ro does not offer any assurances about the accuracy, security, usefulness or consequences of using Job.ro services. The service and all additional materials are offered without any additional guarantee.
In any case, job.ro can not be considered responsible toward you or against a third person about any damage, direct or indirect loss of profit, and any injury of any nature, including but not limited to: loss of profit, attacks brought to the image under any legislation, and whether job.ro has been notified or not previously about the possibility of producing such damage.
Also, job.ro can not be made responsible in any way for your data stored on job.ro computers whether this storage is achieved as a result of performing the services or not.
You agree not to ask job.ro or its representatives any damage, liability, losses, costs (including but not limited to the fee lawyers and other court costs) arising in connection to any action in court based on a violation of the terms of this agreement. This guarantee from you will remain in force after the conclusion of relationship between you and job.ro.
In case you are not satisfied with the way in which services are provided by job.ro the only way in which you can remedy this dissatisfaction is to stop using the services after, in advance, you made confidential the published information (either by hiding the resume or by deactivating the alerts)
This agreement is governed by Romanian legislation in force. You understand and agree that any dispute as a result of applying the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, to be of competence of instances from the Roman.
Job.ro can include your domain name and logo on own list of clients, or in various press releases.
