I forgot the password. How do I retrive it?
In zonele in care exista formularul de autentificare exista un link "Recuperare parola" care va va duce spre un formular in care trebuie sa furnizati adresa dvs. Veti primi un email cu un link de confirmare a cererii de schimbare a parolei.
Acest email se transmite automat si unele servere il pot considera spam. Verificati si dosarele "Bulk" sau "Junk". Daca mesajul nostru ajunge intr-unul din aceste foldere modificati filtrele clientului de mail pentru a trimite mesajele viitoare in "Inbox" sau marcati emailul ca "Not spam"

How do I buy CREDITs?
After you log in to you employer account there is a box for managing you account. There you will find a link to the “orders list”. You can place a new order by specifying the number of CREDITs you want to purchase.
If you know what job.ro services you want to use you can estimate the number of CREDITs by readind the informations at the page with the presentation of the job.ro services and by using the function “calculate cost” at the “Add job ad” page.
You will be able to print the invoice where you will see the exact sum to be payed in EUROs.

How is calculated the available credits (CREDITs)
The available CREDITs is calculated using the formula below:
The total CREDITs ordered AND payed – The total CREDITSs use for buying job.ro services

The number of job ads on the english version of the site is lower than the number of job ads on the romanian version. Why?
Job.ro is completely bi-lingual. Thus, the english version shows ads published only in the english language. Most employers publish their ads just in the native tongue (romanian) so that version of the website will have more ads.

Some of the emails sent by job.ro end up in the “Bulk” or “Junk” folder. How can I change that?
If you are using a public service email (yahoo/gmail/hotmail), add in the mail address from which you received the message. Some services of this type have a button “No spam” which informs the server that the email is not SPAM. For Outlook or Thunderbird clients there are similar options.
